I experienced constant absence of staff which was infuriating. After informing the hotel of my early arrival, the entrance was locked, and no one answered my calls. the room was not cleaned properly, and I was given stained towels when I requested clean ones.

Perfect stay near Hyde Park!

Had a lovely solo stay for a night. The location is spot on, just a quick walk to Paddington and Hyde Park! My room was clean and had great temperature control. Enjoyed a tasty meal at the restaurant too. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

the location is amazin, just a block from paddington station so super easy to travel around london. the room was delux and recently renovated, really comfy. staff were friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome. i slept like a baby in the quiet room, no noise at all! perfect for solo travelers like me.

Winter duvets remained on during warmer weather, making it a bit too toasty for comfort.

Quiet street view and lots of restaurants nearby, but not noisy. Perfect for families, my daughter slept great!

during my stay, I loved how close I was to hyde park, just a short walk of about 500 meters away, making it perfect for a morning stroll and to relax amidst nature. I could easily make my way to the natural history museum in almost 2 km, which enriched my experience with a variety of exhibits to explore.

Had a blast at this cozy place! Staff were super friendly and got us in early at no extra cost. The room was small but comfy, and the A/C was a lifesaver. Location is ideal. right near Paddington and tons of cute cafes. Only bummer was the room could have used a bit more space to move around.

It was just a well-suited match for a couple of nights in London with fantastic value for money. The bedding was fresh and clean, which made for a decent night's sleep. If you're on a budget, just to be prepared for some noise at night.
